Is starter training included with my implementation?
Yes. Every paid pilot or implementation includes starter training at no additional charge.
How many users are included?
Academy plans include up to 10 users per firm. Contact us if you need more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
Is this CLE?
No. GuideHerd Academy is practical workflow training, not continuing legal education. CLE accreditation is not available. If your firm requires CLE credit for a training program, Academy is not the right product.
What does GuideHerd Academy not do?
Academy does not provide legal advice, financial advice, professional opinions, or compliance guidance. AI output produced using Academy materials is always a draft for human review — never a final product or client deliverable. Conflict checks, professional judgment, and client decisions remain with your staff. Academy trains the people who run the workflows, not the workflows themselves.
